For Nikki, helping people make the most of their lives has been a lifelong goal. She is Bilingual in Spanish and English. Her career has been directed to education and is accredited to design curriculum in ESL college-level settings. Her role is performed on an as needed basis as an outside consultant to Machtig & Associates.

Although her background is not financial, it is specifically how to teach second language participants and English-based material. Her role is to design the curriculum to be taught by Machtig & Associates educators as approved by our Broker - Dealer.

Nikki has practical work experience teaching workplace English to second language workers and as well as social services at Hmong American Partnership, St. Paul, MN.

Nikki has a Bachelor of Science in English and History at University of Wisconsin. Nikki also received a Masters in teaching English as a Second Language, at University of Minnesota. Nichole studied Spanish and International Business at the University of the Americas in Puebla, Mexico, and has taught English as a Second Language at the American University in Taiwan.

Nikki was raised in Arcadia, WI and Nikki is happily married and has three wonderful children. She enjoys working and making a difference in the lives of families who have English as a second language.
