Michael’s clients include a diverse group of businesses across multiple industries and range in size from sole proprietorships to companies with locations in multiple states.

As government regulation and oversight of our national health care system increases, companies will rely more heavily on the experience and expertise that Michael provides to his clients. Michael’s consultative approach and his experience with law and tax enable him to craft solutions that serve the unique individual needs of his clients.

Michael is FINRA Securities licensed. Michael is an Investment Advisory Representative with The Capital Advisory Group, LLC., and with Investors Capital Advisory. Michael also is a licensed health & life insurance agent in the State of Minnesota.

Michael graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1984 with a B.A. in Political Science and from the UCLA School of Law in 1987 with a J.D. Michael lives with his wife Tanya and his son Joseph in Edina, Minnesota. In the community, Michael is on the board of the Edina Baseball Association and a regular volunteer for non-profit groups. Michael is also a member of the National Ski Patrol and volunteers at Hyland Ski and Snowboard Area in the winter. In his free time, Michael likes to pursue his passion for writing, baseball, camping, windsurfing, mountaineering, outdoor emergency care, and, of course, skiing.
